Change Consulting

We willingly partner with clients to identify and assess individual, team, or organizational effectiveness issues. After completing the culture assessment, we will look to design and implement a change initiative that will meet an organization's needs and that deliver the desired results.

We begin by garnering support from the top, middle, and sides in an attempt to utilize an organization’s un tapped resources—its people. We work together to create a shared vision for the future and identify the low hanging fruit for change to insure early success. (We’ve learned that successful change efforts are built through a series of small wins, not large battles.) We also look at what changes need to be made to the organization’s systems as well as attitudes that need to be addressed because of past history or environment. In order to move forward in initiating change, we will need to identify opinion leaders and create a collaborative effort between leaders at all levels of the organization.

Effective change also is improved by benchmarking what others are doing in their industry. Making a change without the benefit of a broader perspective may result in the functional blindness that keeps most organizations from discovering their own problems. Finally, all that we learn and continue to work on will be communicated as we attempt to capture the hearts and minds of the people.

We partner with clients to:

  • Assess the current " state of affairs " and identify it the desired future criteria for success
  • Identify organizational values and beliefs that drive behavior and results
  • Design organizational strategies and individual skill development curricula that get results
  • Address implementation issues that will foster long-term change at organizational and individual levels
  • Help to develop and implement measurement tools to ensure continuous improvement and results
