The Capacity Model:

We believe that enhancing individual capacity is the best strategy for improving organizational performance and effectiveness. Individual capacity, we have discovered, consists of four basic components: thinking, behaving (or performing), relating and creating results.

Because each component of the model directly impacts each of the others, the absence of any one component diminishes the capacity of the whole. And, obviously, the whole is increased by the sum of its parts.

Many organizations seem to focus their primary efforts on creating results while ignoring the other components that contribute to increased capacity. We help companies to the increase the capacity in the deficient or ‘missing’ areas.
