ProcessWORKS™
Mapping and Designing Processes
for Results™
Why Redesign Processes?
That which is most familiar goes unexamined
and unchanged, not out of necessity, but out of conformity.
Then when processes and systems deliver unexpected
results, we frantically put out fires without focusing
on how sparks ignited the blaze in the first place.
We become embroiled in execution for execution’s
sake. As long we meet the appointed deadline, we seem
to feel, all’s well that ends well.
When a problem or crisis arises, everyone generally knows where and how it started, but seldom does anyone speak up after the fact or take steps to make a change—to make a difference.
Make the Invisible Visible. Get Results.
Do changes or improvements fail to take place primarily because you lack a process for making them happen? Could you use a simple step-by-step process for improving your work and increasing results? Contact us for more information.
More about the course
ProcessWORKS as a value-add proposition
is a four-day course which assists participants to
examine and analyze the effectiveness of current
work processes, identify frequent task failures,
clarify customer expectations, generate strategies
for improvement, identify measurement criteria, and
design implementation plans.
Participants map processes, explore relationship and cross-functional process maps, identify loss, and redesign processes for maximum efficiency. The strength of the workshop is the application of redesign principles and theory to real-time challenges that participants are experiencing. The result: the successful formulation of action plans and active participation and feedback from all parties involved in the process. This endeavor not only increases the level buy-in by group participants—it also improves the likelihood that the enterprise will succeed.
