Meet the Light Storm Consultants.

John R. Stoker, John, president of Light Storm Consulting, has over 15 years of consulting and training experience in a variety of industries. John holds graduate degrees in both law and organizational behavior. He has designed and developed courses for numerous Fortune 500 companies, assembling content and tailoring it to meet each client’s specific needs. John’s areas of expertise include leadership, communications, conflict resolution, performance management, creativity, and innovation. John’s client list includes: Cox Communications, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, Turner Broadcasting, AT&T, Alcon Laboratories, UST, Inc., and Comcast.

Rebecca Bradley - In addition to being a senior consultant with Light Storm Consulting, Rebecca is also the president of Partnership Coaching, Inc. She specializes in helping individuals and teams achieve extraordinary results. Rebecca has worked with hundreds of senior managers, improving their ability to achieve their own potential and to develop their co-workers. She is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and her clients include Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller leaders in many different industries. She was recently asked to join the Change Leadership Group at Harvard University's Graduate School of Education as a visiting fellow.

Mark Atkinson - Mark has oriented his career around understanding and managing strategy, systems, organizational culture, and leadership to impact individual and organizational performance. Working with companies in countries as diverse as Brazil, Chile, the USA, Sweden, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, Mark has facilitated and trained groups from a variety of industries and has partnered with executives and senior managers to develop strategy and deploy policy. In several of these client settings, Mark has been involved in designing, writing, producing, and facilitating diagnostic and training programs.

Carolyn Moore - Carolyn has over fifteen years of experience in the fields of Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Training. This experience is supported by Bachelor of Science and Masters of Education Degrees as well as PHR Certification. Carolyn is also a qualified Master Certified Facilitator for Franklin Covey and DDI, Inc. She has been awarded impressive certifications from organizations throughout the United States.

Dr. Dave Jennings - Dave A. Jennings, PhD, is an expert on leadership and leading change. He is President of Business Acumen, Inc., a leadership development and consulting firm specializing in change resilience, leadership, and communications. Clients describe Dave as practical, expert, and authentic. Additionally, clients report saving millions of dollars, improving team performance, turning around low-performing employees, making better decisions, and increasing confidence and satisfaction.

Barbara S. Ford - Barbara has more than 15 years of training and teaching experience in both corporate and educational settings. She holds a B.A. Degree in Speech Communication, is a member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), and is active in other professional organizations such as the Arizona Association for Lifelong Learning and the Mountain Plains Adult Education Association. Barbara also has extensive experience in instructional design. She has created and imple­mented training materials in the areas of profes­sional development and communication survival skills

Jack Skalican - Jack holds a Master of Arts Degree in Organization Management and has completed extensive study and certifications in the areas of Dialogue, Coaching & Consulting, Leadership Development, Change Management, Creativity, & Organizational Behavior. He is a member of the American Society of Training & Development (ASTD).

Andrea Chilcote - Andrea Chilcote is a communication and leadership consultant who works with Fortune 100 companies, business entrepreneurs and individuals throughout the country. Through structured workshops customized to meet specific organizational goals, Andrea weaves a framework in which individuals can re-discover, renew, and strengthen their own natural talents. She teaches tools which provide an ongoing basis for optimizing attainment of organization goals. This is achieved by creating collaboration and respect for diverse strengths among team members.

Glade Tuckett - During the past 20 years, Glade has con­sulted with and facilitated leadership develop­ment, organizational redesign, performance management, business process reengineering, quality, executive coaching, arbitration, conflict resolution, and change management among some of the nation’s largest companies. Clients include Rockwell International, IBM, McDonnell Douglas, Microsoft Corporation, Southern California Edison, Saturn, NASA, AT&T and many other mid-size organizations.

Tina Jackson - With fifteen years of experience as an organization development consultant, trainer, and coach, Tina has helped thousands of managers and employees develop sustainable skills to enhance individual performance and team effectiveness. She leads large-scale work force effectiveness studies and organizational change initiatives. She designs and implements customized client-specific interventions, from executive coaching to employee training.Tina is a Master Certified Coach and holds the highest level of credentialing available from the International Coach Federation. She specializes in coaching business leaders, managers, and supervisors to increase their potential for future promotions by closing performance gaps.
