Participants learn effective coaching skills by coaching each other through several rounds of unique challenges. This course provides coaching skills beyond those covered in PerformanceWORKS™.

PerformanceWORKS™ Managing for Results™ - Focuses on the three-step process of goal-setting, coaching, and conducting the annual performance interview. The course emphasizes effective communication skills to clarify goals, provide positive and negative feedback, ensure collaboration, and hold difficult conversations so that continued personal development can occur.
