for Results™ - Focuses
on the three-step process of goal-setting, coaching,
and conducting the annual performance interview.
The course emphasizes effective communication skills
to clarify goals, provide positive and negative
feedback, ensure collaboration, and hold difficult

Participants examine and analyze
